Looking for a better platform for finding a private/hard money lender that works with $500k-$900K deals. Building a luxury spec house in the Pittsburgh area under Haser Homes LLC. Will provide an investment proposal with complete overview of project and past experience. Had an investor fall off and need funding ASAP.
