Best Vacant Land Lenders on west coast?

Hi, I’m in the middle of my first real estate deal which is buying a vacant lot on the Oregon Coast. The lender I found is a local credit union and they needed 30% down. Are there others you might recommend who might offer “lot loans” with a lower down payment? Thank you!
