Hello BiggerPockets family! Does anyone know of any good Commercial Lenders who lend in the Ocean State who specializes in Multi-Family? I’m based out of Massachusetts and looking to explore.

@Kervin P. I’ve done several commercial loans on multi family properties in RI over the years and can recommend a few.

BankNewport, Pawtucket Credit Union, Webster Bank, BankRI are the first to come to mind but I probably have others in my files if you need more.

The important thing is to get bids from more than one so that they compete against each other to give you the best rate and terms.
