Minneapolis / St. Paul investors:
Does anyone have any local banking recommendations that they have had good relations with?
I have a 3 unit triplex under contract and am set to close at the end of the month and I would like to open up a separate checking / savings account for the property.
If I could find a local bank that is easy to use with good mobile and electronic banking systems along with a physical local office, all the better. This would allow me to build a relationship now that potentially leads to other financing opportunities in the future.
Thanks for all your help and insight!
Try affinity plus federal credit union, truestone financial credit Union or wings financial credit union.
I like Wings Credit Union. We did a 30 unit deal with them that went well. They like local real estate and are a good retail banking option.
@Kyle Dahlstrom I use Flagship Bank. they do a lot of RE, check out their site, they advertise how they like to work with investors.
Thank you all for the suggestions! This gives me a great place to start.
We have done business with Midcountry Bank. They have been great over the years.
