Just had a deal fall apart with this extraordinarily disjointed, disorganized company. The process has been so horrible it almost feels intentional. Lie after lie just to be let down. I lost my deal and 10k in hand money after a month of all the assurances in the world. And an outrageous appraisal fee. They way they treat people should be illegal. Take your business elsewhere.
