Hey All, Looking to get insight on folks experience with commercial lenders for a mixed use property in Atlantic City, New Jersey. The potential property is a 4 unit with 3 residential and 1 store front. Hoping someone can shed light on their experience with any commercial lenders they have used. Thanks.
