I am going to be moving to the Philadelphia area at the end of this year and am about to start looking for an investment property to live in. I was hoping to get recommendations on good lenders to speak with regarding my mortgage and what types of mortgages people would recommend. It would be nice if the loan officer has experience with 203k loans as well in case I find a place that fits that type of loan.

203k can be a tough sell in this market because you need a contractor signed on for it and there is a ton of paperwork on their end and they can get easier work elsewhere. That might be a good place to start if thats the route you are looking to go.
