Refinancing 8 SF in Southern GA
Looking into options for refinancing 8 SF. Currently they are in a portfolio loan at 4.5% on a 20 year amortization with a 5 year reset. Total LTV of the portfolio is 80-85% depending on comps. I'd like to increase cash flow by having a 25 or 30 year amortization but since the houses are all held in a LLC, commercial lending seems to be the only option I've seen and my current lender only has a 20 year am option. Looking for ideas for anyone that has refinanced properties in GA. Thanks!
