Financing from other countrys
Hello My name ist Chris and i live in Frankfurt germany. i am a real estate agent here. I want to start to invest in the us there a two points for me. First much better conditions and second the dream to live once the us.
The problem i see at the moment is to get a financing of bank in the us. In Florida there are some companys which can help you to get a credit but just for florida.
Is there any ides how to get a financing for a foreigner without social number. is it posible that a llc gets a good credit score and credit ?
If not i need to buy everything cash which is not in florida
