HELOC Rates or other ways to finance

Hey all,

I am at a point where I think it would make sense to take a HELOC out on two of my properties and invest that money elsewhere. I have the opportunity to buy two more duplexes in Akron and was going to use some of the HELOC return on the down payment.

Who have you found to have some of the better HELOC rates for investment properties?
