Once again.....it depends on the home. What do your numbers show that the income will be? The ROI? What is the expected appreciation?

I doubt the current interest rates (which are not very high by the way) are stopping any serious investors from buying homes. It depends on your goals, your financial situation and a few dozen other things.....
