Mortgage referrals for LLC on RE investment in TX
Hi all,
I recently established a new LLC in Texas that would primarily invest in properties tailored for Airbnb and getaways.
This is a new LLC that doesn't have any property in the portfolio. The plan is to buy and add 1-2 properties to this LLC's portfolio each year.
Can anyone share the typical requirements to obtain mortgage for LLC? What's a reasonable rate at this point?

Hey Trinh, what part of Texas are you in? I looked into this a while back and it wasnt really feasible for me. I believe some banks will do a DSCR loan for LLCs which would probably be ideal for your situation. Good luck!!
