I am looking to purchase my first STR in Florida. I am interested in the DSC loan as it takes into account rental income potential. Any suggestions where to start looking and have any other foreign investors taken this approach to acquire real estate in the US?

There is a Foreign National DSCR loan available. LTV is at 60-65% for Purchase.
