Looking for recommendations for Hard money/DSCR lenders from END users! Let me repeat that, END USERS, not lenders. Just getting my ducks in a row for the next project. I can tell you who NOT to use, Roc Capital (Roc360) or any of their affiliated companies! I thought LimaOne was pretty good, but have seen a lot of negative comments about them as well? (They spoke at one of our investor meetings)
