my wife and I looking to buy our first creative finance deal. And still can not find solution for the seller need yet. What should be creative way to meet seller need?

Seller wanted

20% down on $400K

2beds 2baths condo

Seller willing to finance up to 3 years

Rent Ready at $2,800 a months
