I forgot the name of this loan, please help

There is a type of loan I learned about from one of the BP Podcasts but I can't remember the name. It's an investment loan where the bank looks at the investors credit score and the cash flow of the property to determine if they will approve it or not. I cannot remember the name of this loan to save my life and it is driving me crazy because I believe applying for one could help me secure my next investment property. Hopefully someone can help and throw me a bone here.
