Hi . My names Danny I’m new here . can anyone please give me some advice ? I found a property that is a pre foreclosure. It has two loans one from 2007 for 744k the other is 150k that was borrowed in November 2022 that has a balloon that burst in 2024 . It just got listed with an agent two weeks ago but has been listed in the past but didn’t sell . The house is 80k under market value I really want this property for me and my son to live in is there anyone that can guide me in the right direction?? Thank you Soo much Danny m.
