Best Financing Product for Quad
Hi there - first time investor looking to finance a $1M quad. Can’t use it as a primary and live in it, because we just bought a suburban house for the kids. Interest rates are SO high, coupled with a minimum of 25% down for an investment property…. has me thinking there has got to be a better way. I’d love any advice/education to look into!!
