Newbie seeking guidance

Good day all, straight to the chase . I am new to the investing market and looking towards buying and holding . I would like to purchase 2-3 homes over the course of the next 6 months. I’ve been preapproved for 900,000 however I don’t understand if I’m able to purchase more than one home with this preapprved amount. How are other investors purchasing multiple properties through the year?  Do I apply for financing with each  deal? Or in. This case where I’m approved for the above amount can it be used to make multiple home purchases  like a blanket mortgage?

Hi Jillian, I am a huge fan of out of state investing and Long Distance Real Estate Investing was one of the first books I read before I built my portfolio in Cleveland. One of the strategies I used was working with a couple of turnkey companies and getting started in a mid-west market. I would love to connect and help out so feel free to reach out.

 Cleveland is mad dope yo.
