Hi Rex, I am also in SLC currently living in Midvale. I grew up in Pittsburgh and the market is a lot easier to cash flow compared to SLC. I already have a good understanding of creative finance, I would be happy to share any information. I am honestly looking for a wholesaler in the Pittsburgh area.
