Seller Finance and Sub-To Title companies

I’m the Bay Area and am wondering if there are any title companies in Northern California that are well versed at seller finance deals and sub to’s? Spoken to some traditional one like Fidelity & my contact there can handle seller finance paperwork but she isn’t knowledgeable on sub to deals

You simply keep calling title & escrow companies until you find one. Here's the trick, I use a few different ones and some are more skilled than others. Even if they say they do Subject To and creative financing deals, because that term is so broad, you may find your way 90% thorugh the transaction and get stuck on a problem they can't resolve.

Years go I sat with an escrow officer and asked how they would handle certain situations and they added ideas that other creative buyers were doing that I hadn't thought of. I learned about the escrow company through my local REIA.
