I found a deal that could cash flow 15-30k in cash flow a month. the sell price is 1.6 mil. I need some who has done it before to work out the kinks. its a motel in the mountians, with 3 apt connected to it. in the heart of a down town location. last year it did 255k in revenue in 4 months.
