Investment Property HELOC based on DSCR?

I've finally started seeing more lenders offering HELOCs on investment properties (yay!), but so far, have yet to find one that will open a HELOC in my entity name/based on DSCR (they're all wanting to look at my personal DTI). Anyone have insight into a lender offering this type of HELOC?

I know the easy answer would be to refi, but, my current interest rate is too good to give up easy :)
