How to Actually Sell real estate by seller financing?
I have a condo in Honolulu that I'm looking to sell. I have a buyer that is willing to work out a seller financing deal. Can someone provide some guidance on how to go about the formalities? Where do I get the agreement document? Will Title & Escrow help facilitate the transaction? How can I manage/track payments?
