How to Raise Capital for Investment property

Hey yall! I have one LTR that I do plan to leverage to purchase my next property, but I am really looking to find hard money lenders/investors to help fund future deals. I would like to buy multifamilies with some help or figure out the best way to raise capital as quick as possible. Any and all advice is appreciated!
