Transaction Funding for Seller Carry RE deal - does anyone want tshare the experience

I plan a large acquisition of investment properties in FL and consider applying a stack method to finance the deal. Has anyone gone this route - using a seller carry, having two positions in a DSCR loan, and bringing a transaction funder into the deal? Want to share thoughts/experiences?

hard to understand exactly what your trying to do but if it 100% financing that can end up with a water landing unless your getting smokin deals
