I keep trying to tell people to get proper training, one on one, not that group, community, Youtube, Facebook, big group training, because it makes it too easy to sue you with the whole group.

Just joking, but it is true. Be careful who you run with.

These law suits will start popping up in So California, Arizona, Washington, Oregon, Utah, Colorado, Florida, North Carolina, Georgia and maybe near you.

Actually, the on-line training I've looked at and seen people heavily promote, is just a way to get more people to sign up for a fee, then without providing information on how to avoid this. This is what happens when popular, but poorly trained trainers, train people & think they know what they're doing.

Good trainers for "Subject To" "Buying Foreclosures", "Buying Probates", know how to keep you out of trouble! If you are going to "Wholesale" just get a realtor's license and save the trouble.

"Oh, do you know a trainer that knows how to avoid this"? "Why, Yes I do, just ask.", or just avoid doing creative deals.

Here is the latest carnage

The typical lawsuit costs each individual $25,000 to $100,000 and lasts a year to a year and a half. Notice having an LLC just gets you AND the LLC sued. Just sayin'
