Looking for Hard Money Lender...

Looking for a hard money lender.

I'm specificly looking for one that could do a small commercial property, i have the chance to buy a 6 unit apartment complex for around $75k with a repaired value of $180k.

Needless to say, if possible i'd like it QUICK, 680-700 FICO , prior investing history.

Can someone help? Please!
