Hello Bigger Pockets.  An opportunity just came to my attention for a commercial (rental) property with a few dozen apartments and supposedly about 600K in GI.  

I am working on the due diligence piece now but in the event I want to proceed.....

What are some creative ways to generate $3,000,000?
