Wrap Resources
Do you guys know of any resources that explain about wraps? I need to know more about them, and balloon payments. Id like to do a wrap with a 2 year balloon, incase a lease option tenant cant get financed. Id like to be able to tell them if they cant, Ill finance them myself.
