Raising Capital
Our group is looking to raise around $10 million to buy a portfolio of performing notes. The group we are buying from is a group we have purchased from before and offers a performance guarantee. Has anyone found a group that would be interested in raising this amount of capital? We have around $1 million in notes with this group right now and with their performance guarantee they have honored, so we know working with them has been successful. Any insight would be helpful.
