Duplex
I am looking at two duplexes. I have already sparked owner interest in wrapping them up in a package deal. Negotiations are about to start when I place the offers this week. Both properties need work but have real potential. Any ideas on financing to produce a win-win for me (the buyer) and the seller? Thanks...
