Escrow service in North Caorlina
Hi BP. I'm closing on some properties with seller financing and need a escrow service to facilitate the transactions for the 30 year term - I found some out of state that charges about $20 per month but none in NC. Does anyone have recommendations? (closing isn't the issue- only escrow service to be middle man for payments) Thank you!
