Do portfolio lenders usually fund out of state rental property investments?  Or should I find a local lender where I will be buying the property?

Replied

Most likely Portfolio or private lender

Example :

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
You are in California
Property is located in Texas
I would suggest locating a local real estate agent, property manager,
contractors, insurance provider, and most importantly a real estate attorney.
Welcome Elaine and good luck moving forward.
