hello all

I'm in search of a closing attorney here in FL , preferable in The Pensacola area, that will allow me to do a wrap around mortgage.  I bought a deal with owner financing and I have a buyer lined up that I'm selling to with owner financing.  I just  need a closing attorney that will do this for me.  Thanks for any advise or guidence.
