Equity Share Lenders
There seem to be a lot of equity share lending programs in the state of California where an investor will supply a down payment for a house or investment property while the occupier/buyer obtains a 80% loan and lives in the house. Both parties share in the equity growth. Are there any such programs in the Midwest (i.e Illinois)
