Lease option contracts??
A lease option contract??
It is two contracts, correct??
The option and then the lease separate??
Should the option part include the future price and terms also?

@Daniel Peavey- in general, yes. 2 separate contracts that do not reference each other. Standard lease. Standard, notarized & recordable exclusive option to buy that outlines the length of time to buy (term) at a set price via a certain method (or 2 or 3- like cash out or seller-finance).
GA-specific contract language needs to be sought and reviewed by a competent authority (attorney usually) like @Brian Gibbons mentions. He has been doing these for 30 years. You are fortunate to have received advice from such a trusted pro in this area!
