Just left an auction on a 2br 1ba sfh which my partner and I won for $13,750 after auction fees we have a rental one block over pretty much identical that we got earlier this year currently rented at $700 per month. We are hoping to be all in at $16000 on this one with rent at $700. We want more!! Is anyone familiar with portfolio lenders?
