Joint Package 2 Property FHA Loan
Is it possible to acquire an FHA loan for a 4 unit property if the owner is interested in have a package sale for another 4 unit property. I would be dwelling in one of the units to fulfill the FHA requirements, and the total sale price would be under the max in my county.
I just need to know if their is any sort of clever financing that can be completed to allow me to take out one FHA loan at an increased amount to purchase the properties jointly?
If anyone needs more details to answer this just let me know. I will also be talking to my banker soon about the options, thought this community might have done something similar at one point though!
