New guy from Ohio in the market
Hello everyone I'm new to the site and am happy to be here. Check my profile for further information but mainly looking to purchase a duplex or quad plex and was looking for some dos and donts....I want to throw out there that I did purchase a house at the beginning of last year and I do have a loan on that and was curious if the banks would even lend me money to buy. Thanks for any replies
