Funding
Hello All,
As I have previously stated I am new to the real estate business. I have been diligently studying and trying to learn this business. I feel that I am now ready to start putting some deals together. I am looking to connect with lenders so that I can begin to understand the funding process. I have also learned that sometimes deals are structured using creative financing and would like to connect with those who have done that as well. I would appreciate any feedback in this area as this now seems to be the area that I lack knowledge and confidence in.

There is a lot of money out there. Phili is beautifully sculptured and is always a good place to invest.. I am in Md but have family there and always see deals I would love to be a part of. LMK what questions you may have.
