Hey everyone!

I've been doing my fair share or research lurking around BiggerPockets.com and the resources available which are a blessing I may say are great. So far I've watched my first Webinar "How to Make $1,000,000 Through Real Estate Investing" which was a great way of seeing how long term wealth can be achieved threw real estate investing. Unfortunately I'm bricked to the face for the fact that I have bare-to-no capital available and my age feels like it would be a very big limiting factor to start in this venture that I firmly believe that I can take on with the right direction and mentorship. But what greater place to learn and ask questions than a community of more than 250k members!? Like expected I've already dived into some of the free books available threw the website like the "Ultimate Beginners Guide" and "Real Estate Rewind." Also already started writing and crafting out my own plans as I would like to do things. Would be great to know more of you personally to help me out in this journey with the many questions that follow my mind. But I'll leave with at least one question so you guys can hopefully answer below or leave it on my mailbox.

From all the forms of financing, which would you recommend to someone with super low capital or no credit for their first investment?
