@Jerry Padilla has been tagged and can talk to you about sub $50k loans @Melsi Bifsha

I recently talked to him and and still working my end for a property that is below $50 for which a lot of lenders will not finance. I know I have options though and Jerry is great at explaining.

Hopefully Jerry can assist you with what ever knowledge you are trying to gain from this as well.
