New project
Hi I just recently got my first home in Sicklerville, NJ I need some help getting funding for the project and a good inexpensive contractor that wouldn't take advantage of me. Does anybody know a good hard money lender that i could try out. Also i need to know what are the rules of engagement once you find a hard money lender.
