Non Warrantable Loans
I've got a few properties identified as potential targets in the Denver Area. One of which is a building that cant be financed through a traditional loan, but through a non-warrantable loan given the lack of owner-occupied units. Any one have some experience getting this type of loan in Denver? Any feedback/ direction would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
