What is the true way to finance?
Hello BP users,
I am currently in the search of a multi family investment opportunity. The thought of financing and money movement was a thought I have thought about for a while. I have considered conventional institutional loan and financing. Do you guys have any other suggestions or financing strategies that would prove to provide more leverage or just a smarter move?
