Seller Financing/Creative Lending

Hello everyone,

I am basically just starting my investing part time career. I currently do not have a lot of funds, so I really want to master "seller financing" 

I currently have 1 investment property through seller financing.

I would love to build relationships on here with people of similar interest/People who have great creative lending techniques.
