Owner-occupied financing with partners
My brother and I are looking at a house-hacking project together, and I'm thinking through our financing options. If we buy a 4-plex and go on the deed together, and he lives in one of the units but I don't, would we be able to get an FHA loan or some other type of owner-occupied financing?
