Use Transactional Funding to do a no money down deal?

Can it be done? Use transactional funding with no money down, and, using the property as your sole source of income, to buy a residential or commercial property and lease or rent it out? Thank you

I think you are a little confused about exactly how transactional funding works.

Most work like this:

1) Must have a contract for A (property owner) to sell to B (you).
2) Must have a contract for B (you) to sell to end buyer (C).
3) A defined timeline as to when the two seperate transactions will take place. (Most want the transactions to take place in the same day.)

Hope this helps.
