Shout out to @Account Closed, thanks for a fun and enlightening meeting this afternoon! This guy knows a whole lot about the subject-to method of real estate and has been doing it for several decades. I had not heard of anyone with much experience prior to this, although i have heard the term here and there. 

If anyone is looking for another tool to add to your investing arsenal, and this includes passive investors- talk to this guy!!
